Jon Culshaw Jon has recently joined forces with Debra Stephenson to film a prime-time sketch series for BBC1 – The Impressions Show with Culshaw and Stephenson. He has just completed a brand new comedy series for BBC1 entitled The Impressionist Show with Culshaw and Stephenson. With a catalogue of over 350 hilarious impressions his previous series The Impressionable Jon Culshaw was broadcast on ITV1 and he has also received rave reviews for the BBC2 TV series Dead Ringers. As well as being a talented impressionist and comedian, Jon is also in demand as a presenter. Jon Culshaw was born and raised in Lancashire. A natural comedian and impressionist who rose to fame in 1998 when he impersonated William Hague whilst working for Capital Radio and succeeded in contacting Number 10 Downing Street. He was put through to Tony Blair who had a lengthy conversation with him until a member of his staff cancelled the call. Jon Culshaw has a wide range of exciting interests. He has a fascination with astronomy and is constantly educating himself on The Sky at Night. Although Jon may be a bit of a geek about astronomy he is also a keen petrol head and loves nothing more than hunting down old classic cars and then having them refurbished for his car collection.
