Matt was originally spotted whilst presenting The Wales Show for ITV Wales. He has interviewed some of the biggest names in music, film and TV including Johnny Depp, Ray Winston and Simon Cowell whilst presenting for exclusive red carpet junkets and interviews for VUE Cinemas.

He regularly presents on ITV Daytime for Good Morning Britain and This Morning and has hosted Saturday nights for The National Lottery on BBC1 and Radio 5 Live’s Fighting Talk.  Other credits include the newspaper reviews for Sky, The Great British Bake-Off Twitter takeover, Five’s daily entertainment news show OK!TV and S4C’s successful language series Hwb and Cariad@iaith-love4language.  Matt has appeared on Big Brother’s Bit On The Side and Bit On The Psych, I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here Now, Fake Reaction and on ITV’s Celebrity Take Me Out, Surprise Surprise, Your Face Sounds Familiar, Celebrity Dinner Date and Get Your Act Together.  He has co-hosted the Annual British Academy Cymru Awards and The Pride of Bucks Awards among others.

An avid sports fan, Matt won his first international cap playing Australian Rules football for Wales whilst reporting for BBC Wales’ Sport Wales programme. He is the brand ambassador for HeavyRep Gear, a sports clothing brand whose ideology is rooted in stylish and healthy living.

Matt was featured in Evian’s Wimblewatch, a series of short films made during the 2015 Wimbledon tournament, and was the on-pitch presenter at Cardiff’s Millennium Stadium for the 2015 Rugby World Cup.  He is a keen amateur boxer and has also taken part in the Virgin London Marathon as well as participating in a celebrity charity bike ride across South-East Asia on behalf of the mental health charity Mind, an organisation for which he is an active and passionate ambassador. As well as this Matt is also an ambassador for the People’s Postcode Lottery.
